The “Give an Hour, Get an Hour” program is a peer-to-peer support initiative designed to provide first response medical professionals with a wide array of professional services within a “community as service” platform. 

Community and Resilience:

This unique exchange and social experiment is powered by solution-based action, commitment and engagement. Donors and investor advocates receive expert guidance on resource allocation, determined by and for first response medical professionals.

Receiving Support:

Providing top-tier expertise with discretion, security, and reliability. Offering vetted professional services including and beyond mindset health, nutrition, fitness, time management, finance, coaching, elder care, holistic care, business consultation, family support, and more.

Giving Support:

Caregivers have the opportunity to “give” an hour in exchange to support fellow donors. Investor advocates and donors offer support through financial contributions and professional services, and receive deductible credit contributions in accordance with Code Section 170

What types of support can I give and receive?

Support includes mentorship, mindset, fitness, nutrition, business and home services, workplace guidance and professional assistance. Participants can tailor their contributions and requests based on their expertise and personal needs.

How are hours tracked?

All hours given and received are securely logged in your account, ensuring discretion, privacy, and a digital timestamp for accurate tracking of contributions.

Can I participate if I only want to give or receive support?

Yes, participation is flexible. You can choose to either give or receive support, or both, depending on your availability and needs at any given time. Hours unused are retained and protected within the foundation’s secure databank for use within any given 12-month period.

How does the program ensure confidentiality?

All interactions remain confidential, and communications take place within a secure platform. Participants are encouraged to uphold professional and ethical standards to maintain privacy and trust.
